Later this month my blog will be one year old and I'm already starting the celebration, make sure you are a follower/subscriber so you can find out when there's more surprises!
If you are already a follower you'll notice that recently I've become enamored with embroidery. I've become a little obsessed with my hoop, needle, lovely threads and all the gorgeous patterns that are available.
My love began with this awesome kit and a few patterns:
It had everything I needed and when I was at the Fat Quarterly Retreat, Aneela Hoey (yes I'm name dropping now) commented how much she loves those hoops so you know they're good! I'm also completely in love with the adorable coloured scissors.
my Black Apple pattern stitchings
As soon as I read that brilliant instruction leaflet and got going I knew I wasn't about to stop... then I ordered this great book
and I literally want to use every pattern in it! In fact I have stitched quite a few, as well as the patterns I've bought from the website and you can see some of them on my embroidery page.
They have incredibly gorgeous patterns available at Sublime Stitching:
I love the new Kokeshi Dolls
beautiful Forest Friends
adorable Julie West designs
I could not resist Craftopia
Can you guess what is coming next?!
Sublime Stitching are kindly offering one of you the chance to win the pattern of your choice. How fabulous!
They also have a great blog, with fantastic tips and offers so you might like to follow them as well as me ;)
For a chance to win all you need to do is visit the Sublime Stitching website - take a look at all the wonderful patterns and chose your favourite, then come back here and leave me ONE comment telling me which one you'd like to win! **THE GIVEAWAY HAS ENDED**
The winner will be chosen by random.org on Monday 13th August.

ReplyDeleteRight now I'm kinda into the Dainty Days patterns. On a recent vacation, I stopped at an antique store and found a set of His and Hers hand towels from probably the early 60s (based on the material and thread colors).
