It has been a little while since I laid out my Farmer's Wife 1930's Sampler Quilt blocks. Admittedly I haven't made many more, it's one of those projects I'm doing in between other things. But this is a fun way to see how it is growing.

This isn't the final layout, though they will be set on point. I'm pleased with it so far. It definitely needs more Liberty fabric and I think I might take that Daffodil block out, or add in more splashes of green? What do you think?

My most recent finished block is #25 Crystal, with my one of my favourite Liberty prints Forget Me Nots:

All the blocks were sewn by hand, either English Paper Piecing or hand piecing but I am planning on machine sewing them together. There are too many other hand sewn projects I want to make!

It's nice to stop and look at my progress.
