well no but it kind of looks like it. I thought I'd show you just how big I've gotten...
37 (nearly 38) weeks pregnant |
I'm not trying to be Santa either, I'm wearing my husband's t-shirt (which barely fits) but I really do look like I've stuffed something underneath!
This is my miserable, no make up, 'I'm so uncomfortable' face:
Hope that's given you a giggle, even to me it looks so surreal! I can now barely reach over the bump to eat my dinner but legs crossed the baby won't come tomorrow.
Now onto the winner of the $20 gift certificate to ChristaQuilts! Mr Random kindly chose:
who was Sheila (thought I'd show what she had to say about the shop too!)- so nice to have a bloggy friend be chosen. Congratulations Sheila, I've sent you an email.
Christa has some amazing deals starting now, so all head over to ChristaQuilts quick
I hope those of you that celebrate have a wonderful and very Merry Christmas!
Wishing you all a joyous New Year too!
I will be back blogging in 2013 :)
well I loke your Christmas photo!! x Keep those legs crossed a bit longer xx
ReplyDeleteYou are beautiful! Hope that the discomfort isn't too unbearable for you…
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!
bless you! I remember that feeling. Have a lovely Xmas xx
ReplyDeleteYe gads, I'm thinking it looks like that baby wants out! But holiday birthdays are no fun for kids. My husband's was yesterday, but everyone in the family always makes sure to differentiate between birthday gifts and Christmas gifts. I always bake him his favorite pie-banana cream. Good luck holding out for a bit longer!
ReplyDeleteNot so keen on a Baby for Christmas then eh? Just as well, I mean, they are for life after all ;-) Well, if you are crossing your legs its the least I can do to cross my fingers for you! Hope you have a marvellous day and that your discomfort ends soon but not toooo soon!
ReplyDeleteOMG! Hope that baby comes early because there is clearly no more room left at the inn!! Enjoy your Christmas and what a lovely present for Sheila.
ReplyDeleteWell my son (4) thinks you look just fine, he saw your picture and now has asked me why I'm not going to have another baby, oh my! Well it looks like your going to have a boy, are you?
ReplyDeleteOh girl! I hope you have a comfortable few weeks leading up to D-Day. I know that may not be possible, but my fingers are crossed for you anyway!
ReplyDeleteOH my gosh! You NEED to have that baby soon or you're just going to tip over while standing. LOL
ReplyDeleteI know these days with tests being so much more advanced you probably have no doubt there's only one baby in there, but I can tell you that when I was pregnant years ago THAT is what my belly looked like with my twins.
Good grief!! You certainly look fit to burst. Hope you get through the next few days and then things start happening for you. Have a fabulous Christmas and take care if yourself x
ReplyDeleteyou are beautiful! xx
ReplyDeleteDon't eat too much or I think you will explode ! I'm not surprised you feel uncomfortable!
ReplyDeleteBest of everything tomorrow Lucy! Big, big, big hugs!
Too Funny!!! Looks like you could have a Christmas baby!
ReplyDeleteWell don't eat too much or you will pop! Enjoy te last couple of weeks. Di x

ReplyDeleteI truly do feel for you!!!! Hope you have a wonderful Christams!!
ReplyDeleteI think you look amazing, what I'd give to be as you are now with all my babies around me again, big hugs x
ReplyDeleteYou look amazingly beautiful! Strange how the more you have the bigger you seem to get! That came out wrong- sorry. Just, the muscles already stretched with the first two, so number three lets you look even larger! Oh for a safe arrival when the time comes!
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely quiet Christmas first, eh?
Hugs

Hey Lucy, that does not look real ;-)
ReplyDeleteMy biggest gift today was given to me by my little sister who told me I was gonna be an aunt in June! I can do belly watch with her then ;-)
Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones!

ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you! Thanks for sharing your picture. Hope the "D" comes soon for you?
ReplyDeleteOh Lucy, that is such a "fake" shape! Hahaha, I know you wish it was just a turkey under your tee, no wonder your back is hurting my love! It's working extra hard with all that baby waaaaaay it in front. I'm gonna guess a boy! Take it easy this holiday season and make everyone wait on you like a queen.
ReplyDeleteYou look lovely! Warmest wishes to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteI've seen people carry high or carry low but I've never seen anyone carry straight out! You're adorable!!
ReplyDeleteAre you SURE there's only one of them in there?! Oh well, I'll keep everything crossed it stays tucked in til Christmas is out of the way. Boxing day baby maybe?
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great day anyway!
Merry Christmas to you and your family.
