Some lovely fabric packages arrived this past week!
Miss Matatabi on Etsy has the most gorgeous selection of Japanese fabrics. I was definitely in a cute vintage mood when I bought these:
Fancy Circle in Grey by Yuwa; basic repro patch and sewing notions
Red cheater print by Suzuko Koseki; Blue tape measures by Suzuko Koseki; Vintage Daisies by Kei and Vintage Sewing Fashion by Suzuko Koseki.
More sweetness - especially these adorable ladies! - from Fat Quarter Shop:
Cocoa Buttercup, 30's Playtime by Chloe's Closet; Pink Native, Wander by Joel Dewberry; Ladies Night, Black and White by Cotton & Steel; Bowties, Black and White by Cotton & Steel and Disco Fruit, Black and White by Cotton & Steel
Wild Goose with black spots, Just A Speck by Jen Kingwell; Rock Salt with black spots, Just A Speck by Jen Kingwell; Cassette Tapes by Timeless Treasures; Taupe Ombre, Ombre by V and Co. and White on Red, Cross Weave by Moda
I literally only needed the ombre!! Oh well :)
This sweet little cross is from Ransom Jewelry, it's so dainty! I really like the black cross with the gold chain and it will be an everyday necklace for me. The shop has great customer service, Erica was really helpful when I had a question, and her shop is filled with striking and simple jewellery.
In life news, my cousin has had a baby girl! I embroidered a quilt label with her name and date of birth using perle thread and sent the quilt off today. I also made them a card by printing these free gift tag printables on card, cutting one out and stitching it to the front of a blank card. I think it turned out pretty cute!

I've already admired your sweet label on IG, but also love the gift card you've made. The idea of stitching it to the front of a blank card is very clever! And all your fabric purchases are just lovely!
Love all that fabric Lucy, particularly those vintage daisies!
Lovely label! I bought some of the sewing tools fabric from miss matatabi as well! Even a 'shop' owner can't have enough fabric! Lol!
