It was a nice sanity break from the things that would annoy me. Now that my youngest is five and nearly been at school a whole year, I look back and wonder what the rush was to get them to school. It makes me a bit sad sometimes. Then I had him home on Wednesday coz he'd coughed all night and he whinged the whole day about wanting me to take him to the shops and buy him something, I want, I want, I want. Now I remember what it was REALLY like!Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16902931991446033427noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1842721577085503845.post-72217198841336125602014-10-10T09:08:54.942+01:002014-10-10T09:08:54.942+01:00Gorgeous poem - and you have such neat handwriting...Gorgeous poem - and you have such neat handwriting! It's a lovely poem and I'm not surprised Jodi wrote it. I don't know what a biro pen is but I usually just use pencil, which is probably worse. In fact I just embroidered something you would LOVE and going to write a post called "idiot sewing" because I was -- seriously -- trying to separate strands on craft yarn thinking it was embroidery thread. See I've only embroidered something once, with no "formal" lessons so I'm just making it up as I go along, kind of like when I learned to use a sewing machine:). Just wish I had caught the embroidery bug before quilting because floss is WAY cheaper than fabric!!!!✾Jamie Lee Cooley✾https://www.blogger.com/profile/07208832897656210176noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1842721577085503845.post-10126945512869044102014-10-09T09:03:27.121+01:002014-10-09T09:03:27.121+01:00This is a beautiful poem.
